Boiled Lamb with Boiled Potatoes



Ingredients

Ingredients (for 6)

  • 0.5 g mixed vegetables
  • 2.2 kg young lamb (front parts)
  • salt and pepper
  • Optional
  • 1 kg potatoes

Preparation

Cut the lamb into pieces and place them in a pot with the vegetables cut into rings. Add salt, pepper, top up with water to cover the meat, cover and cook over low heat until the meat softens.
