Ingredients
- 2.2 kg young lamb (front parts)
- 0.5 kg mixed vegetables
- 1 kg potatoes
- salt and pepper Optional
Preparation
Cut the lamb into pieces and place them in a pot with the vegetables cut into rings.
Add salt, pepper, top up with water to cover the meat, cover and cook over low heat until the meat softens.
Serving
Serve hot with boiled potatoes and vegetables from the broth.
