Ingredients
- 1 kg mussels
- 200 g spaghetti
- 200 ml tomato sauce
- 100 ml wine
- 100 ml olive oil
- bread crumbs
- parsley
- garlic
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Fry the bread crumbs, garlic, and parsley in olive oil and then add wine.
Add the sauce and mussels and cook until all the shells open.
Deshell the mussels, return them to the sauce together with spaghetti, and serve.
