Seeded Bread



Ingredients

  • 1 kg pastry flour
  • 0.5 kg bread flour
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 0.1 l oil
  • 0.2 l lukewarm water
  • 0.2 l milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 40 g yeast
  • flax, sesame, sunflower seeds

Preparation

Dissolve the sugar in hot milk, add the flours and yeast, let rise, and then add the flour, salt, and oil.

Mix to combine, adding water as needed; mix in the seeds.

Knead the dough, roll it, and place in greased loaf pans to rise.

Bake at 180°C for 18 minutes.
