Fried Salt-Cured Anchovies over Polenta



Ingredients

  • 100 g salted anchovy fillets
  • polenta
  • bread flour
  • olive oil
  • salt

Preparation

Salt the water, then add the polenta and cook while stirring until the porridge is medium-thick.

In hot olive oil, briefly fry the anchovies that you have rolled in bread flour.

Plate the polenta, top it with the fried anchovy fillets, and drizzle with the oil from frying.
