Ingredients
For four persons:
- 200 g locally-made prosciutto
- 160 g Krk cheese
- 120 g cottage cheese
- 80 g black and green olives
- 80 g pickled silverskin onions
- tomatoes and lettuce
Preparation
Slice the prosciutto and cheese and shape the cottage cheese into balls. Prepare the other ingredients.
Serving
Place the prosciutto, cheese, cottage cheese, lettuce leaves, olives, pickled silverskin onions, and tomatoes on a platter.
