Ingredients
For four persons:
- 400 g Kvarner shrimp (scampi) tails
- 0.5 dl olive oil
- 0.2 dl lemon juice
- maldon salt (flower of salt)
- pepper
Preparation
Clean the shrimp tails and place them on a plate. Season with olive oil and lemon juice.
Serving
Sprinkle with maldon salt and freshly ground pepper.
