Octopus Salad



Ingredients

Ingredients for 2:

  • 1 kg octopus
  • 200 g fresh fruits (strawberries, figs, melon, watermelon...)
  • 100 ml emulsion (lemon, orange, olive oil, salt, pepper)

Preparation

Cook the octopus in lightly salted water and allow to cool in the water.

Serving

Cut the octopus into largish pieces, plate with fresh fruit, and drizzle with the emulsion.
