Ingredients
- 2 kg cottage cheese
- 6 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- lemon zest
- 10 g baking powder
- approx. 100 g bread flour
- 100 ml milk
Preparation
Combine the egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon zest, and cottage cheese. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Fold the whipped egg whites, flour, and baking powder into the cheese mixture. Pour into a tin.
Bake at 190°C for approx. 45 minutes.
