Ingredients
- 2 kg cottage cheese
- 6 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 2 packetsvanilla sugar
- lemon zest
- 10 g baking powder
- approx. 100 g flour
- 100 ml milk
Preparation
Combine the egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon zest, and cottage cheese.
Beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the egg whites untill stiff. Fold the whiped egg whites, flour, and baking powder into the cheese mixture. Pour into a tin.
Bake at 190°C for approximately 45 minutes.
