Preparation
Grind the pork rinds and figs and mix.
Combine the margarine, sugar, and egg to make a dough.
Roll out the dough and cut out circles using a glass. Make a hole in half of the dough circles and bake the dough.
When the scones have cooled, spread marmalade over the scones that don’t have a hole in them and then connect each one with its pierced counterpart.
Serving
Sprinkle the scones with powdered sugar to taste.
