Polenta with Cured Meat


Ingredients

  • polenta
  • salt
  • garlic
  • onion
  • cured meat

Preparation

Boil the cured meat, debone, and use the cooking water to make runny polenta.

Sauté some onion and garlic and add the boiled meat. Sauté and add salt to taste.

Serving

Plate the polenta and stack the meat over it.
