Ingredients
- 500 g dried figs
- 100 g ground almonds
- 300 g granulated sugar
- 2 – 3 tablespoons brandy, as desired
- grated orange zest and orange juice
Preparation
Finely chop the figs and almonds.
Add the sugar, brandy, grated orange zest and juice. Mix all the ingredients well and shape into medallions.
Bake the medallions in an oven at 120 to 130 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
Serving
Serve as desired.
